FREEDOM ROAD is a "Live-It" theme were students (age 4-grade 6) learn about the land they live in and are challenged to become Christian believers who meet, know, grow, serve and tell about Jesus. Schedule included for each 30 minute session including optional meal and event ideas.
THE OPENING...LIBERTY SQUARE features a skit with a colonial serving girl to President and Mrs. Washington and a pushy colonial lady trying to see the president.
MUSIC...KEEP AMERICA SINGING The large group meets before lunch to sing their patriotic hearts out! Patriotic and Praise music featured.
SALVATION STATION...OLD GLORY HEADQUARTERS Learn how to become a believer in Jesus while visitng the famous flag maker Betsy Ross and making a giant flag mural.
FOOD...THE BOSTON TEA PARTY No one can resist these early American treats served in a colonial inn. Real colonial recipes are suggested and are easy to prepare and serve.
BIBLE SKIT...INDEPENDENCE HALL THEATER This funny, updated version of THE GOOD SAMARITAN is sure to be a hit with your kids.
CRAFTS...CRAFT CABIN Small groups complete a wonderful project as a keepsake of the day. Choose from suggestions in the S&S arts and crafts catalog (included) or design your own!
GAMES AND GUESTS...PATRIOTS FIELD OF DREAMS Play a variety of colonial and modern outdoor games with every group. Lots of enjoyable games are included. Consider asking community folks to present historical fun too!
Two Bible Stations represent locations along FREEDOM ROAD where students learn how to become strong believers in Jesus. They enjoy meeting American patriots, memorizing a scripture verse, hearing a Bible story and becomeing familiar with life in early America.

PRESCHOOL...PINT SIZE PATRIOTS Study the same spiritual themes as older students and travel to activities or remain at home base as desired. TOWN CRIERS NURSERY is for staff children age birth-age 3.
